We consider all participants in making this an immersive journey to be the “Expedition Team”.  This Team will stay together through the course of the journey, from foundational to cornerstone to keystone events.  

Expeditioners

The expedition team starts with you. You will play an active role in designing and leading your experience.  Expeditioners are selected from an application process to ensure the values and the goals align with the Beyond Bold Principles and intent of the program.  While we are committed to diversity, we are also committed to surrounding ourselves with similar values and principles, a love of the outdoors, and open mind, and a commitment to developing yourself and your leadership abilities.  Teams usually are comprised of 10 to 12 participants. Your team is the focus point around which our entire team operates.

Team navigator

Responsible for the overall fluency of the trip and maintaining the brand and quality that makes this program unique.

Team learning lead

Responsible for all training and educational components of the program to ensure each phase, session, or experiment is complementary.

Adventure Lead Guide (Partnership)

During the adventure component of the program, the team lead guide is an expert in the terrain and objective. The lead guide is responsible for overall oversight of the adventure- balancing involvement with allowing the team to be self sufficient.

Adventure Support Guides (Partnership)

During adventures or trainings, these are the helpers to the team lead guide to make sure participants are safe during activities.

Logistics Support

Responsible for coordinating logistics associated with the program
