The Beyond Bold Program is designed for young professionals and entrepreneurs committed to developing their leadership abilities through awareness and discovery. They are driven individuals relentlessly pursuing the extent to which they can change this world.
What are we looking for?
While we are committed to diversity, we are also committed to surrounding ourselves with similar values and principles, a love of the outdoors, an open mind, and a commitment to developing yourself and your leadership abilities. Teams usually are comprised of 10 to 12 participants that will be with you throughout the 3 to 6 month journey. Your team is the focus point around which our entire team operates.
Time commitment
We target people who are incredible busy, consumer with changing the world, but that understand the value in investing in themselves. We tailor programs around participants ability to commit. Foundational, Cornerstone, and Keystone activities and events will occur during evenings and over weekends according to a structured journey map. Programs lasting 3 to 6 months allow us to build on core components of the program, and is designed to provide enough time to develop a deep understanding of yourself and your team. Participants can expect bi-weekly events with once a month weekend immersion.
